Here are a few photos from our July 4th celebration. We spent the afternoon at my parents' cottage, and enjoyed a few fireworks of our own at home that evening. Our favorite fountains were called Purple Rain and Mini Me. Samedh wasn't too sure of the ones that "screamed", but he certainly enjoyed the colorful sparks. We also lit several sparklers, but Samedh wasn't too impressed with those either. We also set aside a number of fountains and sparklers for when we celebrate Diwali in November.
