Samedh had his first official dental cleaning today. Six months ago, he had a "tour" of the office and got to ride in the chair and play with the equipment (pressing buttons to make the chair go up and down, using the mouth suction tool, etc.) just so he'd be familiar when it was his turn. The appointment went OK, and the hygenist (who happens to be our neighbor) said she could not see any visible cavities. Samedh just didn't want to cooperate during the cleaning, but at least let Miss Lindsay count his teeth. Once the dentist came in, it was different story. Samedh was more than cooperative, and found it amusing when Dr. Kevin confirmed that Samedh DID have a tongue in his mouth. We go back again in six months, and it should be even smoother next time.
