This morning, Samedh's preschool class met at Champion Gymnastics in Holland. It was the first time we had ever been there, and Samedh had a blast! They began the class by stretching out, which wasn't the easiest for the parents who attended. Then the children ran an obstacle course which included climbing, sliding, balance beams, hopscotch, and jumping into a huge foam pit! Next, everyone took their turn "flying like a bird" while secured in a special harness. This was Samedh's favorite part of the day. They ended their session each with a turn jumping down a long trampoline, and into the foam pit again. This was such good exercise for the kids on a cold winter day, and it tired Samedh out so much that he actually took a nap this afternoon.
