First Meeting of Father and Son

These photos were taken by Pradeep, a good friend of ours who accompanied Pankaj to the Bal Vikas orphanage on July 12, 2006. Samedh was 10 months old at the time of their visit. Although about two dozen photos were taken that day, these are among our favorites.


We refer to the first photo as "Daddy's First Kiss." We recently had this particular photo printed on t-shirts that we plan to wear on October 14 at a Walk for Adoptive Families in GR. The second photo is one of Pankaj's personal favorites, and the third photo is one of my favorites. I just can't get over Samedh's expression in photo #3!
